Team Booster Juice defeated Team Bruce Golf Rewards by a score of 6 - 4 to win the 2012 U15 HL Championship. Booster Juice took an early lead and hung on for the win, as Bruce Golf Rewards had a very strong finish to the game.

In the Consolaton Championship, Albern Home Improvements capped off their season with a 4 - 2 victory over Twist Conditioning in a very exciting game.

The finale saw all four teams presented their medals by Blue Knight rep teams, where most rep players have at one time played in the U15HL.
