U13 Competitive – 2017 Bronze Medalists

The U13 Competitive had overcome disappointment early in Provincials after starting with 2 very close and hard faught games, both ending in 4 – 3 losses.  Finishing 3rd in their Pool, the team re-grouped and won their cross-over quarter final game 5 – 0 versus Kawartha, putting them in the semi-final where they came up short to a tough team from Mimico.   This put the team in the Bronze medal game versus Orillia.  What a highly entertaining and well-played game, with the U13 Competitive winning 7 – 5.  Congratulations to coaches Taylor Smith, Mike Trevett and Peter Baliunas, and the entire U13 Competitive team – 2017 Bronze Medalists!
