The more women who feel comfortable on the field, the more women we have making a meaningful contribution to our program. Just think, the moms who are tossing a ball to their toddler today, could be the moms coaching their teens tomorrow. 

As Durham’s only women's lacrosse club we are passionate about preserving the important role women play in our organization. Be it player, coach, manager or mentor, the more women we can motivate to get involved at every level, the more female role models we have for our daughter's, and the greater the impact of women in sport. 

Of course, our dads, uncles, and grandpas, also play an incredibly important role. They are our champions, our cheerleaders, and they are our coaches too. It takes a village to provide our players with a supportive sports environment and we wouldn’t be where we are today without the incredible men and women who contribute to our club year after year. 

Lacrosse is a sport that will not only grow with your girls, but one that we know you will grow to love too. So whether you’re an experienced player or you’ve never even picked up a lacrosse stick, there’s never been a better time to play with your kids.
