Emily has recently accepted a scholarship to play at Detroit Mercy. Emily will be joining her U19A Blue Knight teammate Corina Mahorn this Sept. at the Division 1 school in their inauragul season. This summer will be Emily's 3rd year with the U19A team, which followed one year of U19B. Emily has also played the past two summers on the Ontario Team. Emily picked up a stick for the very first time 4 years ago this spring in grade nine. She is another great example of how you can not only learn this game quickly, but excel at it if you work hard at it, as Emily has done. Congrats Emily!
